Ramee Guestline Hotel Muscat, Muscat

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although they were a bit too cold for my liking. The service was excellent, especially Nilu who was extremely nice and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach and in a nice seaside area. The dining experience was okay, nothing extraordinary, but the food was good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although some areas could use updating. The check-in process didn't fulfill my request for a connecting room, but the bed was exceptionally comfy.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. Despite the bathroom needing refurbishment and a deep clean, the rooms far exceeded my expectations, especially since I've been living in Muscat for 24 years and never stayed there before. The cigarette smoke smell was a downside, but overall, it was a comfortable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the beach and offers easy access to Al Qurum park. The rooms have been renovated and are clean and well-equipped, though there were concerns about a large group of men keeping their doors open continuously. Service quality was exceptional, going above and beyond, and the location, despite some discomfort in the morning hours, provides a nice seaside walking area. The dining experience was noted as above expectations, and the facilities met all guest requirements.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms on the 4th Floor were much nicer than those on the 6th after a short wait, the service was a bit disappointing with a rude attitude and denial of a bottle of water. However, the location was convenient, close to the beach and shops, and the dining experience offered a variety albeit not very fresh. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
